A 63-year-old female complained of a painful parotid mass and facial palsy. Malignant parotid gland tumor was suspected, so a resection was performed. The histological diagnosis was tuberculosis. Parotid tuberculosis with facial palsy is very rare, only two cases have been reported in Japan.
