We report a case of oncocytomas arising from both side of parotid glands. The patient was a 47-year-old female complaining of left subaural pain. CT scanning and MRI showed one mass in the left parotid gland, and another mass in the right parotid gland. These tumors exhibited intense uptake and prolonged retention of Tc-99m pertechnetate. Surgical resection of both parotid tumors was performed. The histopathological diagnosis was oncocytoma in both parotid glands. Electron microscopic studies revealed an increased number of mitochondria.
