A case of malignant lymphoma of the larynx in a 55-year-old male is reported, His chief complaint was hoarseness for six months. Laryngoscopy revealed a tumor in the right false cord. Biopsy showed T cell type non-Hodgkin malignant lymphoma. The patient was treated with chemotherapy (MACOP-B) and radiation therapy (50 Gy). The tumor was well controlled, and no recurrence was noted two months after discharge.
