A Case of Unilateral Arytenoid Dislocation Caused by Laryngeal Trauma

Abstract

We reported a patient with unilateral arytenoid dislocation complicated with Friedreich ataxia. Conservative treatment with nerve stimulants was followed by closed reduction. Satisfactory results were obtained with this technique, as a result of the early differential diagnosis.
