Abstract
An outline of the developments in gasoline production in the United States during these 15 years is given.The war-time demand of gasoline made se-veral methods necessary to take practice in large size, especially the developments in alkylation and catalytic cracking systems fulfilled the demand for the aviation gasoline with high-octane.The post-war conditions of gasoline industry for increas-ing demand of automobile and domestic fuels are also described.
