Abstract
It has been officially reported the industrial productions of 1952 in Manchuria in comparison with the highest during Japanese occupation were 128% for heavy industries and 150% for light industries. The authenticity of these values was discussed from the author's experiences on reconstruction of petroleum install-ations. The causes of New China's industrial dovelopements were mainly due to political and social reform.The possible importance of Chinese industries was stressed.
