Abstract
Many problems in development and utilization of domestic fuel resou-3 rces, which have beencarried out in the Resources ResearchInstitute, were outli-ned.Studies on rational working and safety in coal mines, preparation of coals, chemical utilization of coals, physical properties of coals and characteristics of dom-estic oils were discussed.It was pointed out that further researches should be continued to find the ways to utilize the potential resources, e.g., methane, settl-ed slurry and refuse from coal mines.
