Abstract
The grave situation of our forest resources is well indicated by the fact that the native lumber production surpasses the forest growth by the ratio 2: 1.As the import can not be expected so much, the surest meaures are reforestation, development of the abor-iginal forests, together with rationalization of consumption, especially of the domestic fuels.
