Abstract

The author gives an information on the construction and operation of SOD Fluid Hydroformer which was completed and has been in operation as the first one in the world by the Wakayama Refinery of Taa Nenrya Kagyo Co.
He also reviews its development and activity in fordign countries and discusses the fundamental reaction mechanism of hydroforming.
