Abstract
There is no serious problem on a gas turbine that must be solved.rapidly. A most important problem is that the practical experiences of its operation are very poor in Japan. However, this point is being steadily overcome anda gas turbine will enter in a practical era in near future.
The author explains the general features of a gas turbine, the present status ofits usage and technical researches, and hopes that it will enter a true practial eraas early as possible.
