1.Preparation of sample.
2.Light scattering.
3.Back ground.
4.Hydroxide group, aliphatic CH hydrogen, aromatic CH hydrogen, carbonyl group, CH3, CH, group.
5.Strong absorption at 6.25μ.
6.Aromatic substitution.
