The initial variation of the luminous flux just after lighting fluorescent lamps are discussed in this paper.
The initial variation are shown by curves:-concerning the temperature at the lamp bulb wall, the luminous flux effected by the ambient temperature, andthe relation between the bulb wall temperature and the ambient temperature.
Also, the ambient temperature at the time when the luminous flux of lamps is atits maximum and the time required for measuring the flux of fluorescent lamps are obtained by these curves.
