抄録

There is a limit to the production of CO₂-free hydrogen with renewable energy, and CO₂-free hydrogen derived from fossil fuels is required for stable production in large quantities.

Half of the coal that is endowed in the world is brown coal, and there is a huge amount in Victoria, Australia.

Brown coal is a low-quality coal with a low degree of coalification and a large amount of water and impurities, but by using it as a raw material for hydrogen, which is the next-generation energy, it can be used for effective use of resources and reduction of CO₂ emissions.
