Abstract
JF electrical resistance ash melting furnace can melt ash which is remained after incineration of municipal solid waste and completely separates metal from slag by specific gravity separation in it. Then they are discharged separately. The slag is utilized to the construction materials and the metal is recycled to resources of non-ferrous smelting. Based on the metal analysis, it turned out that it separates into two liquid phases as iron-rich and copper-rich phases in the furnace.
