Abstract

The data (AWJP:2006-2013) of Ishigaki Island which the Japan Meteorological Agency observed was used, and examination detailed about the wave characteristics of wave height, period, and the frequency of occurrence was performed. Based on the wave data that was observed in Inoda offshore and Urasoko Bay, we examined the wave characteristics and the estimation of wave energy and the estimation of power generation.
