This report concerns with the comparison of the extrusion pressure and the tendency of anneal-softening, on different purities of aluminium. The extrusion pressure, hardness, microscopic structure and fiber structures were investigated on aluminium alloys containing manganese, chromium or zink, and also their conditions of anneal-softening were discussed.
