Abstract
This paper deals with the relation between the aptitudes of the workers decided by the vocational aptitude test No.1 and No.2 of the Japan Ministry of Labor, and the skill of the workers showed by the assembly time of a small electric switch. Then it is made clear that the assembly skill is correlated to the results of the test No.2 more closely than to those of the test No.1. And further we found that two tests of the test No.2 - Test of Turn and Test of Assemble - are the most important factors in estimating the assembly skill by the multiple regression equation.
