Abstract
In our Works, the electric-power plant (thermal, nuclear and hydro), the industrial plant and the plant on order from the government or public are produced. Seven years ago, the oerfirmance control system was changed to the group incentive system from the wage incentive system. We reviewed this sytem on the following points : (1)Development of the management leadership for improvement of production control, (2)Promotion of the self-controlling production system and the improvement of activities by foreman, (3)Establishment of the performance control system, (4)Improvement in the standard time. And, we obtained 16〜22% up of productivity.
