Abstract
This paper presents the result of analysis by the latent profile analysis and the quantification teory (II) applied to the answers to a questionnarie. One of the results in that the level of individual work motivation is explained with higher precision, if the quantification theory is applied, after the workers have been divided into two latent classes according to their through on the work motivation, namely, (1) the class of workers having answered that human relations with superior officers and fellow workers are most important, and (2) the class of workers having answered that character and/or ability fitted to work are essential.
