The Situation of Goal Attainment under the Different Levels of Goal-ordered in Case of Individual Handprocess : On a Study of the Setting of Each Department Goal in a Business Firm (Part IV)

Abstract

To attain a department goal, the manager of the department needs to select some projects and assign the goals to each project. The persons in charge of the projects make their effert to bring the performance close to their goals-ordered. So, the manager has to estimate the distributions of performance about the projects under the goals-ordered. In this paper, we describe the result of the experimental study on the effect of goal instruction to the distributions of work performance in case of individual handprocess.
