Abstract
One of the most important problems of scheduling sysemts in a job shop environment lies in the difficulty of estimating reasonable shop time. The sho p time consists of four elements. Among them waiting time cannot be estimated so easily as others.Several papers deal with the estimation of shop time for a few types of shops. In this papaer a convolutional numerical analysis of intervarrival time at the work center with double-ended queue is proposed, and estimation of the shop time is considered.
