Abstract
Recently, the economy-class syndrome indicates the tendency to increase.When a leg was massaged and a blood flow is improved, there is an effect to prevent.We paid our focus to the EHD phenomenon which a flow generates in impression of the high voltage in insulating fluid.The EHD pump that generated pressure was produced by using the EHD phenomenon.The device that promotes the blood flow by pressed the leg with this EHD pump was developed.And using thermography equipment, the temperature of the massaged body surface was measured and the performance of the developed device was evaluated.
