Abstract
In this paper, we numerically analyze the parallel unbalanced production line by the Markov model presented in the part I and the simultaion model. Consequently, the various line characteristics of the parallel unbalanced line are presented and the effects of paralleling are represented by the imaginary buffer capacity. Furthermore, we show that the imaginary buffer capacity is estimated from that of the parallel balanced lines and finally the production rate of the parallel unbalanced line is approximately estimated from the rate of the corresponding series unbalanced line.
