Abstract
The design process of effective work groups must be repetitively developed under some constrains and conditions through actual assessment of the objective work group. In order to establish the rational and consistent procedures in the design process, it is indispensable to provide some criteria for the design. The suggested evaluation criteria of the attributes are necessary to appraise the group's present condition and evaluate the possibility of design on the group's attributes and effects. This paper presents a way to specify the evaluation criteria of group's attributes and illustrates some criteria on the worker
