Abstract
Concerning job enlargement systems, the effect of operation information factor and controlling time factor were examined on the productivity and work-load of workers.The results are : (1)For work-load, steady CFF levels is taken a multiplication effect by both factors mentioned above.(2)Without the controlling time, the rate of output per standard time is effected by controlling time factor, and the operation information factor can contribute to promote self-control of workers.As a result, these two factors are significant in job-enlargement systems.
