Abstract
In the design processes of effective work groups we define the worker, task and supervisor as the basic structural elements of work groups, and examine various situations of attributes and effectiveness of work group.It has been ascertained through our researches that group effectiveness is influenced by the relations between these structural elements. This paper suggests the procedures to analyze the relations between these elements and illustrates some criteria to evaluate the effective relations among workers and tasks toward improving job satisfaction and work performance.
