Abstract
Using the principal component and principal cluster, workers are mostly classified into two groups in every worker's desire pattern. These two groups mutually have quite different and interesting characters from the viewpoint of workers' motivation. We abstract some key factors affecting workers' desires by test of uniformity on the design factor in each group. Consequently, we clarify the influence of wordshop factors on the desire patterns with "to overcome various flustration in one's job" and "to work optimistically without being concerned with company objectives."
