Abstract
The Systematic Layout Planning (S. L. P) technique by R. Muther has been prized for its convenience and practice. But the logical basis of this technique constructed by empirical laws is still not clear. In order to further evolve the plant layout study, we should deeply attack "S. L. P" from the research viewpoint. This paper deals with making the layout design process clear based on the preceding papers [1] and [2], thereby, applying a systematic logical analysis for the purpose of probing and summarizing the given proposition in S. L. P technique as a pioneer work.
