Abstract
The expression of fuzzy quantification theory IV as proposed before is derived from the variance expression which does not contain the membership function in the constraint condition. When we consider the fuzzy quantification theory IV, it should be derived from the variance expression which contains a membership function. This paper derives the fuzzy quantification expression which contains a fuzzy membership function in variance ezpression. We propose the new method for fuzzy quantification theory IV and show numerical examples.
