Abstract
The consciousness in employees to the strategy of Japanese labor management was surveyed and it was found that the strategy was supported in the consciousness of employees. At the same time what the strategy is intended was discussed and it was concluded that the strategy is intended to employ employees in total human existence. Then the employees' "view of work place" and "their consciousness to humanity at work place" deduced from the intention of the strategy were surveyed and their existence was confirmed from the employees' responses.
