J-model is a model for a product which has multiple quality characteristics and which is subjected to multiple 100% inspections where the inspection is subjected to errors. In this model, the number of nonconforming characteristics of a product indicates a degree of nonconformance of the product, and the degree of nonconformance affects the probability of inspection errors. In this papar, the relation between the degree of nonconformance and the error probabilities is investigated and the Average Outgoing Quality of multiple 100% inspections is derived.
