異常音検出による機関室内のディーゼル機関の監視システム

抄録

The sounds generated from an engine contain the information of its operation condition. We decide to make overall evaluation of the information contained in each frequency through the specturum analysis of the sounds. Detection of abnormal sound is performed using statistical analysys. The basic sound pattern of normal operation in the engine is f romed. Sample sound is compared this basic sound pattern, and judged whether abnormal sound exists in the its radiation sound. 400 basic patterns are coverd for one cycle of engine.
The diesel engine, whose rated power 1500ps, is uesd in this experimental study. The experiments are carried on a voyage. During the engine operate, abnormal sound which artificially is created by hitting is radiated. And the detection of the abnormal sound is tried for sample sound, and its results are successfully obtained.
