Diffusion of mercury, thallium and lead in polycrystalline samples of aluminum was studied by conventional electroplating and RI tracer-sectioning techniques. The results obtained from the deeper regions of samples showed the real bulk diffusion. The temperature dependence of diffusion coefficients are expressed as
