There are many areas in the world where clean drinking water cannot be provided stably. Therefore, it is important to provide water to such areas. There are several methods to produce drinking water. For example, one way is to remove the salt or metal from sea water by distillation etc. In this study, a unique water production system that produces water by condensing gas water in the air using a photovoltaic cell and a Peltier element is proposed. The water production method is also briefly described in this paper. The photovoltaic cell generates electricity, and then the Peltier element makes cool air that is below the dew point, which results in liquid water appearing. This system could be used worldwide to easily provide drinking water. In this paper, the author focus on the power converter part and examine the multi-output DC-DC converter that controls the solar cells, Peltier element, the airflow fan and Peltier element cooling fan. The converter has only one inductor at the output stage, but it is able to control one input and three outputs individually.
