Abstract
With the spread of social media, the influence of online reviews on organizations such as companies and brands has
increased. Companies are not ignoring that voice, but it is necessary to take measures as necessary. When deciding the
evaluation and response policy for the diffused topic, it is necessary to consider the form of diffusion and the point of
interest. Different forms of interest and users' interest differs according to topics. In this paper, we analyze the situation
that specific topics diffuse on the net for each kind of social media and consider the difference in tendency depending on
the characteristics of each topic and the social media type
