Evaluation of Joint Operation for Disaster in Local Government

－Based on the Case of Fukuokaken Seiho-oki Earthquake－

Abstract

This paper attempts to research and evaluate the case of joint operation by inhabitant and administration of local government at Fukuokaken Seiho-oki Earthquake on 20th March in 2005, and then, consider argument and issue to take suggestion for disaster operation of local government from now on.
