Abstract
Taiwan is the rare country in the subtropical zone where Camping is going to become popular among the nation after they rushed into the age of motorization and experienced rapid economic progress. It can be thought that camping style may be different among countries depending not only on the climate, economic condition and culture but also on attributes of campers. This paper deals with the preference for the camping facility in Taiwanese people. Factor Analysis is adopted to preference data for the camping facility got by questionnaire survey. It's difference among answerers is made clear according to their attribute. It also depends on components of the camping facility. These analysis helps us to make market segment on camping activity in Taiwan.
