Abstract
This study aims to identify the foundation promotions of "THE MINI DOICURTTSUKOKU = the activity for regional revitalizaton with taking the region as if it is an independent country" which have developed over the area of municipalty, and consider the methods of regional revitalization which makes the regions famous with announcing its original informations. The results are as follows: 1) Founding "THE MINI DOKURTrSUKOKU" contributed toward characterising the regional promotion, and they were valuable methods of regional promotion especially with the attractive themes and lastingnesses. 2) These actualities were made clear by the questionnaires; especially achiving fame by these methods had much effect on its following regional promotions. 3) At the beginning of these methods they found the original themes and proceeded to bring up talents and systems, then to increase financial resources and properties. The foundation promotions of "THE MINI DOICURITSUKOICU" were so apparent methods that aroused sympathy and deepened understanding of the parties concerned especially at the early stage of regional promotions.
