消費者教育とPL法に係る裁判外紛争処理(ADR)

抄録

This paper deals with consumer education and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in the Product Liability Law. Consumer education for product liabilities is generally approached from the preventive aspect of " product safety education". This paper, however, focuses on ADR as is required in a product accident dispute, since a better understanding and greater negotiation ability of the ADR system are essential in addition to the safety education for resolution of a consumer dispute.
