Abstract
The purpose of this study is to re examine decision making by an advanced economic theory. Although a large number of researches have been carried out on consumer education, they have lacked for the following: 1 arguments work in simplified model 2 problem identification and problem formulation are taken into consideration 3 consumers' decision making is interdependence, or consumer's behavior affects the others 4 incentive compativility constraints are taken into consideration. So I use an advanced economic theory to solve these problems. In concluding, I should emphasize that the application of the theory is indispensable for consumer education, because it is useful in solving these problems.
