The purpose of this paper is to analyze the EU School Fruit, Vegetables and Milk Scheme. The EU has operated the School Milk Scheme and the School Fruit Scheme. The objectives of the both Schemes is to expand the consumption of liquid milk, dairy products, fresh fruits and vegetables , and to fix healthy eating habits through the improvement of a diet in early childhood. In 2017, EU merged those Schemes into the single Scheme, the EU's School Scheme in terms of operative and fiscal efficiency. EU member countries have voluntary participation in that Scheme. I clarify that this new Scheme has the same objectives as those previous ones and an educational program about understanding agriculture and promoting food education. In conclusion, it is effective policy of the EU.
