Abstract
Tte growth rate of(110)and(101)face of HEW lysozyme crystal(tetragonal form)decreased with pressure, even when the supersanwation o is same at P=0.1,50 and 100 MPa. At each pressure, we have estimated the suface free energies of(110)and(101)face using birth and spread model. They increased with pressure, and the pressure dependences are different each other. It should reflect the ratio of the growth rate changed with pressure.
