On crystallization of glycine and l-phenylalanine from water-in-oil microemulsion, crystallization phenomena were strongly affected by the localization of the solubilized molecules within the microemulsion droplets. The morphological changes (crystal size and habit) and preferred occurrence of certain polymorphic form were observed in both cases.
