Orthorhombic hen egg-white lysozyme crystals were grown by the batch method. The largest grown crystal is about 18mm×6.6mm×4mm. X-ray topographs of those orthorhombic lysozyme crystals were taken by using white synchrotron radiation and some dislocation lines were observed in the topographs.
