Lithium and niobium peroxide aqueous solution was prepared through the reaction of hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution (H_2O_2) with niobium and lithium alkoxide ethanol solution. Crystalline LiNbO_3 power and thin films were synthesized from this novel aqueous precursor solution.
