Abstract

The distribution of Tephrosia noctiflora Bojer ex Baker (Leguminosae: Papilionoideae) in India was determined for the first time based on specimens collected from Kerala and Tamil Nadu. The recent report of this species from Andhra Pradesh was a misidentification for T. villosa.
