Lectotypification of Aristolochia contorta (Aristolochiaceae)

Abstract

In the protologue of Aristolochia contorta Bunge (Aristolochiaceae) no specimens were cited. Two specimens of the species collected by Bunge are found in the herbaria LE and P. One of these specimens kept in LE, labeled as “Aristolochia contorta”, is designated as the lectotype of the name.
