多点プレス法による船体外板の曲げ加工に関する実験的研究

抄録

In the previous paper, an analytical method was proposed as a fundamental study on the bending work by using multiple piston pressing method for outside plate of ship in which elasto-plastic large deflection analysis was used.
In this report, the relation between experimental phenomena and numerical results are discussed. At first, a prototype machine is made for multiple piston pressing method. And then, a lot of expriments are conducted in order to make clear the phenomenon of out-of-bending operation by using multiple piston pressing. It is clearly made in some cases that experimental data can easily be estimated by using the calculated results based on the previously proposed analytical method.
