Abstract
The case is Age 54, Male, who was hospitalized in the neurology department for a lacunar infraction. Over the course of the patientʼs hospitalization, he contracted a fever and experienced abdominal pulsatile masses. Max 67mm sized minor axis with mantle sign was also found in the abdominal CT scan. Since impending rupture was a concern, he was referred to the cardiovascular department. After the patientʼs admission to the cardiovascular department, he started taking steroids and had a tendency of deferyecence. Number of white blood cells and CRP was also declined. He was transferred to this department for an operation. Artificial graft replacement was performed using a ePTFE graft. 2 years after the operation, he was diagnosed with intermittent claudication (200m). Since 22mm sized right femoral aneurysm and arteriosclerosis obliterans in his left leg were found in the further evaluation, femoral artery blood vessel prosthesis implantation operation and bypass surgery was performed. During the operation, we found a 1.9cm sized left popliteal aneurysm. About a year later, implantation operation with a great saphenous vein was performed.
