Abstract
Ileus is comparatively popular disease for the patient after abdominal surgery. The degree of severity of the ileus varies considerably from one patient to the next. Although the adhesive intenstinal obstruction is probably cured by the conservative therapy, often have a recurrence. In our institution, we perform the elective laparoscopic synechitomy for the adhesive intenstinal obstruction and the patients of ileus are making satisfactory progress. Because of less incision, laparoscopic surgery is useful for the prophylaxis of adhesive after surgery. The merits of this operation are rare recurrence, laparoscopical safety and reduce of psychological burden.
